Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. This contract is for services ONLY. No hardware or software products may be sold through a DBITS contract. Resellers are not available for this DBITS contract.

IT Assessments, Planning, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Market Research, Procurement Advisory, and Contract Implementation Services
This contract for Deliverables Based Information Technology Services (DBITS), (this “Contract”) is entered into between the State of Texas, acting by and through the Department of Information Resources (hereinafter “DIR”) with its principal place of business at 300 West 15th Street, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701, AVCO CONSULTING,INC., a Massachusetts For-Profit Corporation (hereinafter “Successful Respondent”), with its principal place of business at 38 Front Street, Unit 4, Worcester, Massachusetts 01608.
How to Order
All Customer Purchase Orders will be placed directly with Successful Respondent. Accurate Purchase Orders shall be effective and binding upon Successful Respondent when accepted by Successful Respondent

Generate a purchase order made payable to AVCO CONSULTING, INC. and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-5977 on your purchase order.
E-mail or fax your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.
13 WARRANTY Customers may provide written notice to Successful Respondent of errors, inaccuracies, or other deficiencies in products or services provided by Successful Respondent under a Purchase Order within thirty (30) calendar days or receipt of an invoice for such products or services.
Successful Respondent shall correct such error, inaccuracy, or other deficiency at no additional cost to Customer.
