AVCO CONSULTING, INC. offers deliverables-based information technology services (DBITS) through this contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. This contract is for services ONLY. No hardware or software products may be sold through a DBITS contract. Resellers are not available for this DBITS contract.

Warranty Policy
Our standard warranty periods for DIR DBITS engagements are typically formalized within the project’s Statement of Work (SOW) to align with specific deliverables. However, our typical service commitment includes a 30-day “hypercare” period immediately following final acceptance, where we provide heightened attention to stabilization. Formal warranty coverage for the material conformance of the final deliverables lasts for sixty (60) calendar days from the Customer’s acceptance date, during which we will correct any defined non-conformances at no charge.
